IN exerci~ of the powers conferred upon him by !iCClions 28 and 29

of the Education Act . 1988. the Pro-Chancellor o f the Univc:rsi ly o f

Malla has promulgated the: following regulalions made by the Senateof

the: University o f Malta in vinue of the po .... ers confe rred upon it by

sections 29 and 33 of the sa id Act.
