Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sect ion I of the Me rchant

Shipping ( Amen dment) Act, 1990. the Minister for Developmclli of

TC rliary Sector has designated the 1st February. 1991. as the dale on

which the provisions o f sections 13 10 IS, and section 17 of the said Act

shall come inlO force .
