IN exercise of the powers oonfe rred by section 12 of the Housing

Autho rity A ~t , the President of Malta has made the followingorder:-

This o rder may be cited as the Housi ng Authori ty (Transfe r of Cit.tion .

Assets) (No. 7) Order, 1991.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposesofscction 12 of the Housing AuthorityAct .

J . The property specified in paragraph 2 of this orde r shall be

transfe rred and vesl in the Housing AUlhority as prov>ded in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 27th May. 1991.
