IN exercise of tlie powers conferred by section 12 of Ihe Housing

Authority Act. 1976. the President of Malta has made tile following

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of CMtioo .

Assels) (r.-o. 2) Order. 1991.

The property described in paragraph 4 of th is order is hereby

specified for Ihe purposes of section ]2 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specifIed in -paragraph 2 o f this orde r shall be

transferred and vest in Ihe Housing Authority as provided in Ihe section

aforesa id with effect from the 11 th 1anuary. 1991.
