Government Lotteries Act. the Minister of Finance has made the

fo llowi ng regulalions:-

I. (I) These regul ations may be ciled as the Government

Lotteries (Super Five) (Amc ndmem ) Regulations, 1991, and shall be

read and cons!rued as onc with the Government Loneries (Supe r

Five) Regulations. ]990, hereinafte r referred 10 as "the princi pal

Tegula tions~ .

(2) Regulation 2 o f these regulations shall come into effe(;\

from the d raw of the 81 h May, ]99 1, and regulation) of these

regulations shall be conside red as having come inlo force on the 100h

April. 199 1.

In paragra ph ( I) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations.

for the words MWednesday al noon M there shall be substi tuted the

wot'ds ~ Wednesday at 7.00 p.m. M.

For the proviso to paragraph ( I) of regulation 8 of the

principal regulations. there shall be substi tuted the following new

proviso:-

MPtovided that the Minister may authorise a highe r Division

1 pritt in respe,t of the nut following draw. which pritt will be

paid out shoul d the actual Division 1 prize a\:Crued to the date

of that draw be: less than that authorised by the Minisler. M.
