Act , the Mini5ler for Development of InfraMructure, wilh the

concu rrence of the Minister of Finance, lIas made tile following

regulations:-

I. ( I) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Post

(Amendment) Regulations. 1991 , and shall be read and construed as

one with the Overseas Post Regulat ions, 1989, hereinafterrderred to as

"the principal regulations",

(2)

These regulations shall CQIllC into force as folloW1:-

(a) regulation 2 on the 1st May. 1991. and

(b) regulation 3 on the 6th May. 1991 .

In the Sixt h Schedule 10 the principa l regulations. unde r the

heading "Regulation 93

Poundage on British Postal Orders", for the

figures M36c{)" and "6Od)" there shall be subst itu ted the figures -3&0"

and "6.kO" respectively.

In Part A of th e Ninth Schedule 10 the principal regulat ions,

immediately after the Country "Portugal". th':fc shall be added the

following new OOlllllry: -
