IN exercise of th e powers conferred by section 6 of the Malta

Membership of the European Bank for Reconstruction and

Developmen t Ad , 1991, the Minis ter of Finance notifies tllat the

Agrumcnt Establishing lbe European Bank for Reconst ruction and

Development as set 01,11 in the Schedule 10 the said Act has come in to

effect on the 28th Ma rch, 1991. and hereby orders that the said

Agreeme nt is 10 be considered effective in Malla as from tbat dale.
