I. The Debentures shall be issued in mult iples of Lm500 al the

29th April. 1991 at 9.00a.m. and shall close at 12.00 noon . Sa turday the

11th M"y . 1991 or earlier at the discretion of th e Accountant General .

May of every )'ear du ring the currency of the debenture . The first

payment of I..m 3.00.0 per Lm 100 debenture covering the period from

t h~ 12th May 1991 to the 11th day of May. 1992. sha ll be made on the

11thdayofMa~, 1992.

made as a contrihution 10 the sinking fund establ ished for the pu rpose of

redeeming the debentures. The first contribution shall be made within
