These regula tions may be cited as the Telegraphic and Telex

SelVicc Tariffs (Amendment) R egUlations, 1990 (Amendmen t)

Regulations, 1991 and shall be read and conslrued as one with the

Telegraphic and TcleJt Service Tariffs (Amendment) Regul~ljons, 1990

published by Legal Notice IS of 1991 on the 12t h February, 199] and

hereinafter referred to as ~Ihe principal regulations",
