The propeny described in paragraph 4 of this order;s hcn;by
specificd for the purposes of sectioo 12 of the Housi ng Authority Act.
J . The property spcciroed in par.' gr<lph 2 of this o rder shall be
tran sferred ~ nd \,est in the Housing Authori ty as provided in the seClion
aforesaid with effect from the 13th March. 1991 .
The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the
