IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Supplies

~nd Services Act. thc Minister for Developmenl of Te rt iary Se<:tor has

made lhe following regulalions:-

I. (I) Thcse regulations may be ci ted as Ihe ExpoTlillion

(Conlrol) (Amendmen t) Reg ulations, 1991. and shall be read and

COflSlrued as OfIe wilh the Exponation (Conlrol) Regula tio ns. 1948.

hereinafter referred to as Mthe principal regulat ions".

(2) These regu lations shall come in to force on thc day

immediately following the date of their pub lication in the Gatclle.

For paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations

the re shall be substituted the following

"(3) An open general licence is hereby granted for the

exportalion from these Islands. ot he r than the exponation to Iraq,

of goods of any description not included in the Schedule hereto. M.
