FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 35)

~'ftS (Wirde5 Telqraph y) (Amendment) Regulations, 1991

IN exercise: of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinaroce, the Prime Minister has made the followi ng regu1ations:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Wireless

Telegraphy) (Amendment) Regulations. 1991, and shall be read and

constnled as one with the Fees (Wire less Telegraphy) Regulations, L.N. n

1990. he rei nafter refe rred 10 as "the principal regul ations".

(2) Paragraph (c) of regulation 20f these regulations shall be

deemed to have come into force on th e 1st November , 1990.

The Sc hedule to the princi pal regulations sha ll be amended as Se _ _
