Motor Vehicles (TarIfI' or 1" ' ",,) (AmtDdmtnl) Rqullollom, 1991

IN aercise of the powers confened by subsection (2) of section 93

o f the Code of Police Laws, tile Public Trans(XIrt Authori ty has made

tile following regul.tions: -

1, (I) These regulations may be cited as the MOIor Vehicles

(Tariff of Fares) (A mendment) Regulations, 1991, and sha ll be read

and construed as o ne wit h the Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares)

Regulations, 1982, hereinafter refened to as "the princi pal

regulations~ .

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1St March,

1991. l,

For Table 11 of the Firsl Schedule to the priDcipal regulations

there shall be substituted the following:~

GO ZO SERVICE -

FARES FOR MOTO RO MNlli USES

For each trip within the same town or village

Sc.

For each trip between di fferent towns Of villages

Cbildren belWeen the ages oD and lOmall pay half the normal

fare, sub;c:a to a minimum of 3c.

Cbildren proceeding to or from a ny school during the periods

ind icated in paragraph 13 of the general provisions shall if in

possession of a valid pass, pay half the normal fare, subjed to a

mi nimum of 3c.".
