order:-

Assets) (No. 3) Orde r. 1991.

Th e prope rt y described in paragraph 4 of th is orde r is hereby

specified for the purpose of secti on 12 of th e Housing Authorit¥ Act .

1976.

The propert y specified in paragmph 2 of this orde r shall be

transferred and \"est in th e Housing Authority as provided in th e sectio n

uforesaid wilh effect from the 30th January. 1991.
