o."vclopment of Infrastruct ure and the Director of Civil Aviation. with

the colKllrrence of the Minister of Finance. have made the following

regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as th e Air OpcrutOrs' a .. ';....,.

Certificates (Fees) Regulations. 1991.

I n these regulations. unless the conte ~t otherwise req uires-

"air operator"S ce rtificate" has the same mean ing assigned to

;t by the Civil Aviation (Air Operators' Certificates) Act;

"Oireetor"", me~ns Director of Civil Aviation;

·'ma)[ im um total weight alllhoriled" has the same meaning

assigned to it by the Civil Aviation (Ai r Operator.;' Ce rt ificates)

J. T he fees established in the Schedule to these regulations shall

be payable by Hn appliellnt to the Director for the grant o r renewal of
