IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 o f th e Personal

Injuries (Em ergency Provisions) Ordinance. the MinistcrofFinancc has

mllde the following rcgulalions: -

I . (I) l besc regulations may be riled as the Personallnjurics

(Civilians) Seheme. ]941 (Amendment) Regulations. ]991 and shall be

Article It of the Scheme shall be amended as follows
