DEATH AND DO NATION DUTY ACT

(CAP. 239)

Local IHvelopment Registered Stock (Dea th and Donation Duty) (No.4)

Exemptlon Order. 1991

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of

section 9 of the Death and Donation Duty Act. the Minister of Finance

has ordered that as from the 20th day of October. 199 1. the duty due

on the dea th of any person or in consequence of any gift conferred by

way of imu vivos disposi tion in respect of tile issue of Lm700.000 3%

Local Development Registered Stock 2001 (Fourth Issue), as notified

in Government Gazette No. 15,489 of the 1st October, 1991 (L.N. 148

of 1991) shall be exempt from payment.
