I N exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. the President of Malta has made the followingordcr: -

AsscIS)(No. 12) Order, 1991.

specified fo r the purposes o f section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

transferred and vest in the Housing Aut hority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the ISI November. 1991 .
