Regulations, 1991
IN exercise of the powers conferr~d hy section 54 of tile Employ'
ment and Training Services Act. 1990. the Minister for Social Policy ha,
made the followi ng regulations:-

regulations".
(2) These regu lations shall be deemed to have come into
force on the I st January . 1991,
Regulation 2 of lhe principal regulations shall be amended as

(a)
the definition of "'the Board" shall be deleted; and
(b) in the definition of "' Director of Labour and Emigra·
tion" , for the words "to act on his behalf:" there shall be substituted
the words "to act on his behalf. and " DirC<:lor" shall be construed
to have the same meaning:".
Immediately after regulation 2 of the principal regulations A~ .

3. (I) The Director of Labour and Emigration shall

Department of Labour or of the Employment and Training
Corporation to be seconded for duties with the Scheme.

tives issued by the Minister and observe sueh regulations Or
instructions as arc issued under labour laws,".
