IN exercise of the powers conferred by sect ion 17 ofthc POSt Office

Act. the Minister for o.: ... clopmcm of Infra,tructure. with the

concurrence uf the M inister of Finance, has made the following

regulalions:-

(I) These regulations may be ci ted as the Inland "os.

(Amendment ) (No. 3) Regu lat ions. 1991. and shall be read and

construed as onc " .. ilh the Inland POSI Regulat ion s. 1985. hereinafter

refcrred 10 as " the principal re8ulal;on s~.

(2) These regu l11tio ns shall come in to fo rce on the ISI

Novcmbc:r.I 991.

In the Third Schedule to the principal regul ations, in

pa ragraph (b) corresponding 10 Regulat ion 28 under the heading

- Ph ilatel ic Chargu~-

(a) sUD-paragraphs (ii), (ii i), (iv) and (v) the reof shall be

renumbered (i ii) , (jv), (v) ~nd (vi) respect ively; and

( b) fo r sub·paragra ph (i) the reoL there shall be substituted

the followin g
