Exportation (Control)(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1991

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Supplies and

Services Act, the Minister for Development of Tertiary Sector has made the

following regulations:―

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Exportation (Control)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1991, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Exportation (Control) Regulations, 1948, hereinafter referred

to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the day next

following the date of their publication in the Gazette.

In the Schedule to the principal regulations, for the words from

“Textiles, the following” to “Shirts, men’s and boys’, woven” there shall be

substituted the following

“Textiles, the following as applicable only for exports to the

European Community

Breeches, shorts, trousers, slacks, woven”.
