The sum o f money to be raised by the Debentures shall be

the general reven ue and assets of the Governmen t of Malta shall be

made as a contribution tothe sink ing fund established for !he purpose of

redee ming th e Debentu res. The first contribution sha ll be made within

three years from !he 20th day of October. 199 1.
