IN EXERCISE of the powen confe rred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister has made the following regu lations

I. (1) Thc:se regu lations may be cited as the Fees (Wirelesii

Telegraphy) (Amendment No . 2) Regulations, 1991, and $hall be read

and construed as one with the Fees (Wireless Telegraphy) Regulations,

1990, (L-N. 32 of 1990) here inafte r referred IQ as "the principal

regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on thc 28th

September, 1991.

Immediately after item 20 of Part 11 of the Schedule 10 the
