IN cxercise o rl lle powers oonfcrred byscction 11 or lhe Post Office
Act , Ihe Minister for Development of Infrastructure , with the
concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the following
regulation s:-
I. 0) These regulations may be ci led as the Overseas POSt
(Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations. 1991. and shall be read and
construed as one with the Overseas Post Regulations, 1989. hereinafter
referred to as "the principal regula lions-.
(2) These regulations 511all come into force on Ihe 151
October. 1991 .
In regulation 27 orllle pri ncipal regulations, immediately after
paragraph (10) thereof. there shall be added the following new
paragraph
-( 11 ) When the number of postal an kles consisting of
printed papers posted at anyone time exceeds len thousand
(10,000) , the Postmasle r-General may authorise tha t such postal
articles be transmitted at the newspaper rate. ~ .
