ACI, the Minister fo r Developme nt of Infrastruct ure, wit h the

rcgula tions:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Post

<Om""..,. ..... ,_ (Amendmen t) (No. 3) Regulations. 1991 , and shall be read and

construed asone with the Overseas Post Regula.ions. 1989. hereinafter

referred 10 as ~ the principal regu la tions~ .

(2) In IIlese regUlations, regula \ion2shall come into forecon

the ht October , 1991. whe reas regulat ion 3 shall come into fo reeon the

1st November. 1991.
