IN eJlcrci$e of the powen conferred by subsection (2) of section I of

the Broadcasting Act , 1991 , the Prime Minister has appointed the 22nd

o f September, 1991 as the date on which th e provisions of paragraph 16

of Part C of the Fourth Schedule o f the Rid Act shall come into force .
