Authority A ct. the President of Mal la has made the following order:-

This order may be ci ted as the Housing Authority (T ransfe r of

Assets)(No. 9) O rder, 1991.

Th e pro perty described in article 4 of th is o rder is hereby

specified for the pu rposes of section 12 cflhc Housing Authority Act .

The p roperty specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in Ihe Housing Authority as provided in the scction

aforesaid with effect froom the 20th August. 1991 as regards paragraph

(I ), and with effect from the 12th May, 1989 as regards paragraph (2) of

a rticle 4 of IhisOTtler.
