Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Oil Pollution

(Liability and Compensation) Act, 1991, the Minister for Development of

Tertiary Sector has designated the 9 th September, 1991, as the date on

which the provisions of section 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
