of the Education Ad . 1988. the Pro-Ch ancellor of the University of

Malta has promulgated the following regulat ion, made by the Senate of

the University of Malta in vinue of the powers conferred upon it by

section 33 of the said Act.

University Notice-Boards and in the Malta Govemmcnt Gazette before the e nd of

Marc h and the end of October respectively.

5.2 Th<: First SeSliion may start during the last tw() weeks of MD)'. The Second

Session may start on any day in December.

7. 1 A pplicatioll$ fO!'" registration, on the proper fonn and accom panied by the

appropriate fee, must be made by the following dates

fo r the First Session: Friday, 20th March , 1992

fo r the Second Session: Friday, 9th October, 1992.

7.2 (a) Applications submitted after tbe closing dates but befo re Monday . 30th

March and Monday. 19th Octobe r fo r the First and the Second Sessio ns respectively

will be accepted if an add itional fee of Lml .50.0 is paid.

(b) The Registrar may accept applications after these dates in acoordance

with statutes and regu lations in force at the time.

7.3 Alterations to the registration fo rm may only be made by the candidat e

subject to the same conditions and additional fees applicable for late registration.

The certificate will show the grade obtained in each subject in which he has passed.
