Public Lotto (Ammdmttlt) Regulations, 1991

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section S of the Public

Lono Ordinance, the Minister of Finance has made the following

regulations:-

I. ( I) These regulations may be ci ted 11$ the Public Lotto

(Amendment) Regulations , 1991 , and $hall be read and oonstrued as

one with the Public Lotio Regulations, 1990, hereina fter refe rred to

as Mthe principal regulations~ .

These regulations shall apply with regard 10 the Lollo

draw of the 3rd August , 1991 and $Ub5equent draws .

For paragnph (I) o f regulation 3 of the principal regulations.

there shall be substituted tbe following: -

M(t) The drawing of the numbers $hall be held publk ly at

the office of the Directo r or at $uch othe r place 11$ may from time

to time be appointed few the purpose by the Minister, in the
