IN exercise oflhe powers con ferred upon him by sections 28 and 29

of the Education Act. 1988, the Pro-Chancello r of Ihe University of

Malta has promu lgated the following regulations made by the Sena te o f

th e University of Ma lla in virtue of Ihe po .... ers conferred upon il by

seclion§ 29 alld 33 of t he said Act.

These Regulations may be cited as Amcndmem No. I 10 the

Regulations for t he Degree of BachclOl'" o f Denial Surgery (B.Ch.D.)
