of the Educa ti on Act. [988. the Pro-Chance ll or of th e Universi ty of

Malta has promulgated t he following regula tio ns made by the Se nate of

the Un iversity of Mal ta in virtue of the powers confe rred upon it by

sections 29 and 33 o f the said Act.

Regulalions for Ihe Degree of Bachelor of Am (Honours) (Legal

Notice No. 195 o f 1990).

BAC HELOR OF ARTS (UONOURS) (LEGAL NOTIC E NO . 195 OF 1990)

Amendmenl No. I

The Regulations for the Degree of Bacheloro! Arts (Honours) , published in Legal

Notice No. 195 of 1990 (hereinafter referred to as ~ the princi pal regu lations-) are

amended as follows

I. In the ~Citation - and in the heading in braekets immediately before

regulation 1.0 (- Rtquil"tftWtlQ: ror AdmlsUon-) of the principal regulatkms the

words - applicable onlyto theoourse which staned in 1989-, wherever they appear,

are deleted and the words - applicable only to courses Slaning in the years 1989 to

1W2- are substituted therdor.

Regulation 6. 1 of the principal regulations is dele ted and the following is

substituted therdor

- 6.1 These regula tions shall apply 10 courses starting in lhe years 1989
