Local Development Reaistered Stock (Income Tu)

Eumpdon Order (No. 3). 1991

BY vinue of the powers vested in him by iubsection (3) of ~don

11 of the Income Tu Act, lhe Minister of Finance has ordered that any

interest payable in respect of the issue of Lm5OO,OOO 3% Local

Development Registered Stock, 2001, as notified in the Government

Guette No. 15436 of lhe 28th May , 1991 , shall be cKcmpl from the

payment of income laX .
