BY virtu\! of th e powe rs vested in him by subsection (3) of section
11 of the Income Tax Act. the Min ister of Finance has ordered that any
in te re!;t payable in respect of the issue of LmSOO.OOO 4 .5% Local
De\'elopme nl Registered Slock. 1996198(Thi rd Issue). as notifi ed in the
Government Gazelle No. 1S4J6 of the 28th May. 1991 . shall be exempt
from the paymenl of income lax.
