IN exercise of the powers confe rred by subseclion ( 4) of section

4 o f the Traffic Regulation Ordinance , Ihe Minister of EduGllion and

the I .. terior has made Ihe following rules:-

I. These rules may be cited as the Traffic Conlrol Board

( Procedure) (Amendment) Rules, 1990 ( Amendment) Rules. 1991

and shall be read and construed as o ne with lhe Traffic Control

Board ( Procedu re) (Amendment) Rules. 1990. pu blished by Legal

NOl ice 59 of 1991 on the 26th April. 1991 and hereinafter rderred

10 as Mthe principal rules~.

For the words - Rules, 1990- in ru le I and in the bold .iile

of lne principal rul es. lnere shall be substituted the words - Rules.
