IN exercise of the powers conferred by ~don 37 of the

Employme nt and Tnoining Services Act , 1990, the Minister for Social

Policy, after consulting the Employment and T raining Corporation , has

made tile following regulations: -

I. These regulations may be cited as the Technician

Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 1991 , and shall be

read and construed as one with the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme,

1990, hereinafte r referred to as Ut ile principal Scheme M•

Immediately ah er item 6 o f tbe Schedule to the principal

Scheme there shall be added the following new item
