IN exercise of the powcn conferred by section 25 of the Insurance

Business Act, 1981 , the MiniSler of Fina nce has made the following

regulations:-

I. These regulations may be ci ted as the Life lnsurance(Statu tory

Notice ) (Amendmen t) (No. 2) Regulations, 1990, and shall be read and

construed as one with the U fe Insurance (Statu tory Notice)

In regulation] of the principal regula tions for the words wand

shall come into force on the 1st July, !990 the re shall be substit uted the
