IN exercise of the power.; conferred by sectKm 11 of tile Post Office

Act . 1975. tlte Minister for De,dopme n! of Infrastructure has made the

following regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as . he Overseas Post

(A me ndment ) (No. 2) Regul~ t ions. 1990. alld shall be read and

construed as one with the Overseas Pos. Regulations. 1989. he reinafte r

refe rred to as "the principal rcgulations".

(2) Thcse regulations sha ll come into force on the JOlh June.
