regu la tions:-

I. ( I) The!iC regu lations may be cited as tile Pilotage: and Moor-

ing (Amendment) Regulations. 1990. and shall be rcad and construed as

onc with the Pilotage and Mooring Regulations. 1975. hereinafter

referred 10 as " the principal regulations" .

(2) These regulations shall come in lO force o n tile 8th

February, 1990.
