IN exercise of the powers confer red by section 3 of Ihe Suppli es and

Services A CI , the Minister for [)evelopmentofTertiary Sector has made

the foll owing regulations:-

I. T hese regulations may be ci ted as Ihe Sale of Commodities

(Contro l) (Ame ndment) Regu lations. 1990, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Sale o f Commodities (Cont rol) Regu lations

1972, he reinafter re ferred 10 as "the principal regula tions".

For regulation 4 of the pri nci pal regulat ions there shall be

surn;liluled the following

- 4. The Director ma y by o rde r or o therwise, in respect of

any com modity, impose anys\>Ch condi tion as he may deem fil wilh

regard 10 ils sale. prohibi tion of sale or limi tation of sale ....
