Inland Post (Amendment) Regu la tions, 199(l

IN exercise of the powers confe rred by section 10 o f Ihe POSl

Offi ce Act . 1975. the Minister for Develop me nt of Infrast ructure, with

the concurrence of the Min ister of Finance , has made Ihe following

re gulation!:-

I. These regulations may be ci ted as the Inland Post

(Amendmen t) Regula tions, 1990, and shaH be rcad and construed as

one wi th the In land I'OSI Regulations, 1985. hereinafter referred 10 as

"the princi pal regulations".

Dawn ir-regolamenti jistgħu jissejħu r-Regolamenti ta' l-1990

li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Posta Lokali, u għandhom jinqraw

u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti ta' l-1985 dwar Posta Lokali,

hawnhekk iżjed 'il quddiem imsejħa "ir-regolamenti prinċipali".

In the Third Schedule 10 Ihe princi pal regu lations for the

words from " Regulation 106~ to ~Lml purchased~ Ihere shall be

substituted the following

for eve ry Lm I for every Year Pack purchased .
