the House of Represenlativcli in accordance with subsection (2) of
section 5 of the Qualit)' Control (EJo:ports. Imporu and Local Goods)
Act on the 14th May. 1990. and that the said Ordcrshall come inlO force
on the 18th J une, 1990.
