IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 37 oflne Telemalta

Corporation Act, 1975, the Board. with t he approval of the Minister for

Deve lopment of Tnfrasuucture and with !he concurrence o f the Minister

of Finance, has made th e fonowing regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be ciled as the Te le phone Service

(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations , 199(1, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Telephone Servk:e Regulations, 1972,

hereinafter referred to as " t he pri ncipal regu lal i ons~.

'These regulations $hall come inl0 force on the Ist July .
