IN exe rcise of the powers confe rred by section 17 of the Port

Worke rs Ordi nance. the Ministe r for Development ofTeniary Sector,

with the concurre nceof l he MinislcTofFinance. has made the following

regulations:-

I. These regu lalions may be cited as the Port Workers

(Amendment ) Regulat ions. 1990. and shall be rcad and OOIJstrued as

one with the Port Workers Regu l8lions. 1966. hercinafter rcferred 10 U

"the princi pal regulations".
