IN exerci$e of the powe rs conferred by section 52 of the Malta

International Business Activities Act . 1988, the Minister for Develop-

ment of Tertiary Sector, on the advice of the Malta Intern atio nal Busi-

ness Authority , has made the following regulalloOS: -

I. These regulations may be cited lIS the Maila In ternational

Business Activities Act (Amendmen t of Fees) Regulatio ns, 1990, and

shall be read and const rued asone with the Ma lta International Business

Activities Act, 1988, hereinafte r referred 10 as "the Act " ,
