IN uerc::ise of the powers conferred by scaion 6 of the Mon te di

Piel~ Ad . 1916. tne Minister of Finance has made Ihe following

regul&lions:-

I. These. regublions may be cited as JI·Monti (Procedure)

(Amendment) RegUlations. 1990, and shall be read and construed as

one with jI· Monti ( Procedure) Regulations. 1977. hereinafter referred

to 8S "the principal regulations".
