IN e~erciscofthe powe rs confo! rred upon him by sections 28(5 ) and

29(6) of the Educa tion Act. 1988. the Cha ncellor of thc Uni\'ersit y of

Malta has promulgated the following Regula tion made by the Se nme of

th e University of Malta in virt ue of the JXlwers conferred uJXln it by

section 33 of the said Aet: -

The Regul ations for 1990 of the Ma triculat ion E.lam illalion 3 S

published in Legal Notice No. 141 of 1989 are amended as follows:-

In clause (i) of each o f the paragraph s 2. 1 and 2.2, for the word

"Latin; there shall be substituted the words " Latin, Lan d Surveyi ng; - .
