IN exercise of the f'O"'l:rs conferred by !Section 12 of the Housing

Amhori ty Act. 1976. the President of Mah a has made the rollovo·ing

order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housi ng Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 4) Order. 1990.

Th e properly de$Cribcd in pMagraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

j . The properly specified in paragraph 2. of this order shall be

transferred and ,·est in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 18th April. 1990.
