of the Code of Police LaW'!! and by section 28 of the Public Transpon

Auth ority Act, 1989. the Prime Minister together with the Minister of

Educatio n and th e Interior has made the following regulalions:-

I. (1) Thc:se regulations may be ci ted as the Motor Vehicles

- _ ... (Tariff of Fares) (Am endment) Regulations, 1990, and shall be read
