Ordinance. the Minister of Finance and the Minitter for Development

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be amended as

follows:-

(0) the present regulation shall be renumbered as paragraph

(1) the reof;

(b) in sub.paragrapl1 (b) o f paragra ph ( I) as renumbered
